Week 15 – New Orleans @ Chicago: The Saints beat the ‘aints

When they were bad, the Saints used to be called the ‘aints and fans wore brown paper bags over their heads to remain anonymous. Ed Wyatt was stunned to see Chicago Bears fans bringing out the bags on Monday night.

About Ed Wyatt

Ed Wyatt grew up in Halfway, Maryland, following the Baltimore Colts like his football coach father. When he lost his Bert Jones #7 jersey at the Lincolnshire Elementary School playground, he should have taken it as an omen, since the Colts left Baltimore for Indianapolis. Ed has managed to avoid full time work by talking on the radio, smiling on the television and tapping on the keyboard of his computer. He won a number of local Emmy awards with the Seattle-based comedy show Almost Live! and hosted the Super Bowl live on Australian television for nine years. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

Week 14 – Dallas @ Chicago: Cowboys arrest their tailspin

James Caughlin says that Dallas still has its issues on defense, but thanks to the hard work of DeMarco Murray and the offensive line (and a poor Bears’ team), the Cowboys remain in the playoff hunt.

About James Caughlin

Growing up in Brisbane Australia, James got into the NFL during the 2000 season thanks to the Madden NFL video game. His cousins told him to use the Patriots (as a prank on him) but 3 Super Bowls and multiple winning season’s later, he has had the last laugh. Now you will hear him yelling at the TV around 4am on a Monday morning watching every Patriots game live.

Week 13: Chicago @ Detroit: Thanksgiving, Megatron and Milt Plum

Ed Wyatt says how about a helping of Milt Plum with your turkey and mashed potatoes? Detroit lost to Chicago in the first Thanksgiving Day game back in 1934 and 70 years later the Lions got their revenge.

Week 12 – Tampa Bay @ Chicago: Josh and Lovie’s return gift for Chicago

Declan Boffa watches Tampa Bay blow another game, but ironically (hilariously?) the 2-9 Bucs are still in the playoff hunt in the woeful NFC South.

Week 8 – Chicago @ New England: In Gronk we trust

Patriots’ fan Sam Wilkinson sings the praises of Rob Gronkowski, who may not have the profile of Tom Brady, but might just be the most important player in a New England uniform.

About

Sam Wilkinson lives in Melbourne, Australia. His appreciation for the New England Patriots sees him awake at some ridiculous hours just to catch their game. Like all Pats fans, he refuses to admit that one day Tom Brady will get old and have to retire.

Week 3 – Chicago @ New York: Two out of Three Aint Bad.

Gru emerges from the crash position to see the Bears go 2 and 1.

About Gregor Lewis

Unable to resist sweetness in the refrigerator in everyday life, what hope did I have in escaping the life changing tractor beam, when I found out they played for Chicago.
DA BEARS …
In an ironic twist, have developed an aversion to cheese, to the point of anaphylactic intolerance … especially those for whom it is the headwear of choice.
DA BEARS !!!

Week 2 – Chicago @ San Francisco: Levis fit better the Chicago Way

Gregor Lewis, Bears man, is trying to will himself to believe. Down 17-0, it’s difficult. But he and Da Bears find a way to win for the first time in decades in San Francisco.

Week 1 – Buffalo @ Chicago: Let the sun shine in

Buffalo fan Sean Walsh woke up at 3am Australian time to see his beloved Bills surprise him with a road victory over the Chicago Bears.

About

Sean Walsh grew up in Regional Victoria at a time when only two sports existed, Australian Football in Winter and Cricket in Summer. Boarding school and University opened his eyes to a wider world of sport. A Buffalo Bills fan since 1991 thanks to Don Lane and his NFL highlights.
